On-Site:
- ATSI is available for on-site support as required.
- Many things can be handled remotely, but sometimes an on-site visit is required. We understand this and make ourselves available.
Remote Access:
- Many times ATSI can use Remote Access and Telecommuting to provide customers with the needed service(s).
- If we can "remote" into your system, it saves many hours of driving and mileage/fuel costs. This is a "win-win" situation, as we can get to your problem faster, fix the problem faster, and costs are reduced for everyone.
- Only "authorized" ATSI employees have access remotely.
Application Logic:
- The actual operational code running in the RTU/PLC may be upgraded and changed, as may be required, remotely.
- Firmware is the "personality" of the product and this is usually upgraded only through actual on-site visits.
Human Machine Interface:
- The HMI Graphical User Interface (GUI) may also be supported through remote access.
- Operational as well as graphical displays may be remotely configured by an authorized ATSI employee.
Training:
- ATSI is always available to support our clients and systems
- However, we can train your personnel to make system evaluations and to take minor corrective actions.
- The choice is yours.
